Our relationship with you obviously requires the transmission of your personal data to third parties and in particular to private or public legal bodies where this is required by law. We are also obliged to transmit your personal data and in particular your CV to potential clients in order to be able to offer you assignments, and to the ITM (Inspectorate of Labour and Mines) during an inspection. In the event of an assignment we will be required to transmit your personal data to our clients and/or suppliers for the purpose of administrative tasks relating to our contractual relationship (for example, the establishment of your pay slips). We are committed to ensuring that our suppliers respect the confidentiality of your personal data.

Your personal data will be stored for the duration of our professional relationship and for a subsequent period in which we are legally required to keep it, during which period we have an interest in keeping such data in order to ensure the protection of our rights and interests. In the event that, after the collection of your personal data, you are not assigned any position through our agency, that data including your CV will be erased no later than 3 years after its collection.
